This sausage peeling machine has an operating speed of 3 meters per second. It provides two peeling methods – “steam peeling” and “immersion peeling”. The immersion peeling method is in case there is no convenient steam source in the factory.

The blades of the sausage peeling machine are specially designed for longer service life and higher working efficiency.
