The hydraulic tilting vacuum meat curing machine adopts PLC automatic control and frequency conversion speed regulation. It is a more intelligent and powerful equipment that can meet the needs of curing various foods and various processes in food processing factories.

Compared with ordinary horizontal tumbling machines, the tilting type has a larger loading capacity and can automatically turn and tilt to discharge materials. The side wall is equipped with vacuum automatic feeding and suction ports. You can also choose to use an external elevator to load materials.

The speed of this machine is controlled by the frequency converter, making the machine start more smoothly. In addition, stepless speed regulation can be achieved, and more speed requirements can be set according to process requirements.

PLC automatic control can save 30 programs. The operation uses a touch screen, which can display temperature, vacuum degree, running time, speed and number of revolutions, and can be adjusted in real time.
