How to maintain HELPER’s vacuum dough mixer?

For customers who have purchased our Hampu vacuum dough mixer, the instruction manual is a little complicated because there are many parts and terms. Now we provide a simple instruction required for daily maintenance. Following this instruction can extend the service life of the machine and avoid many problems with the machine. The main maintenance parts of the dough mixer are:
1. Control panel

Try to avoid moisture entry.
If the workshop is humid, you can put some desiccant in the control box and replace it in time.

2. Vacuum pump

2.1 Ensure that the water tank used for vacuum pump water circulation has enough water and replace it frequently. To ensure the normal operation of the vacuum pump.
2.1 Clean the flour in the vacuum pipe and the one-way valve in time to prevent it from entering the vacuum pump to avoid damaging the vacuum pump.

3. Reducer

3.1 Usually change the oil once a year.
3.2 Usually check once every six months that the oil inside is not lower than the oil display hole. If it is lower, please add the oil used for the reducer.

4. Chain and worm gear
Usually apply some solid butter once every six months.

5. Replacement of seals
If the dough box leaks and the vacuum pump needs to be restarted again during dough mixing, the oil seal and O-ring need to be replaced. (If this happens, please contact us and replace after confirmation. We will also provide a replacement method.)
